Evans Gambit, the position that arises after: 1.e4, e5. 2.Nf3, Nc6 3.Bc4, Bc5 4.b4!?, Bxb4 5.c3. It's never out of fashion!
Here is a collection of miniatures of the Evans Gambit, the position that arises after:
1.e4, e5. 2Cf3, Cc6 3.Ac4, Ac5 4.b4!?, Axb4 5.c3
The idea behind this gambit is to gain tempi in development, opening lines and building a strong center at the expense of a pawn and winning time stalking the dark squared bishop. Among the fans of this gambit is the English grandmaster Nigel Short, who had no hesitation playing it against the very Garry Kasparov. Kasparov himself has played this gambit, like the stylish win against Anand.
This gambit is named after captain William Davies Evans, who was the first to use it.
They are 206 miniatures games, with no more than 25 moves for each side, and each and everyone of them end in checkmate, or they are just a few moves away to get it. If you don´t know what to do with this resource, I recommend you to read the following article:

You may download these miniatures in pgn and cbv formats, but I strongly recommend cbv because the games are categorized by openings, tactics, strategy, endgames, etc etc…
